One of the questions I get asked from time to time is why I only see a limited number of clients each week. The answer is simple, I want to give every client my best work.
Over the years, I’ve learned that the quality of my work is directly connected to the energy, presence, and attention I bring to each treatment. The kind of experience I provide can’t be rushed, and it can’t be replicated by seeing more and more people in a day.
When you come in for a treatment, you’re receiving over 25 years of experience, countless hours of continuing education, and an approach that has been refined through hundreds of faces and thousands of hours of hands-on work. I’ve intentionally chosen depth over volume.
My schedule is designed to allow me to be fully present, thoughtfully prepare for each client, and continue evolving my craft. It also allows me to protect the longevity of my hands, my most valuable tools.
The result is a practice that feels personal, intentional, and deeply customized. I know there are easier ways to run a business. But I’ve never been interested in seeing the most clients. I’ve always been interested in serving my clients exceptionally well.
And for me, that’s a trade I’m happy to make.
